Notifiable Transactions — Form and Certificate

The Notifiable Transactions provisions in Part IX of the Competition Act require that parties notify the Competition Bureau of certain transactions when they are of a specified type, exceed certain thresholds and are not subject to any exemptions.

Completed forms, certificates and the accompanying appendices may be sent by email to the Merger Notification Unit ("MNU"). However, the original certificates must be received by the MNU within two business days following the receipt of the email.
