Correction: Competition Bureau investigation leads to criminal charges related to deceptive telemarketing operations

OTTAWA, April 9, 2008 — In a news release issued March 17, 2008, the Competition Bureau incorrectly stated that Brian Steczko, 55, of Montreal, had been charged with deceptive telemarketing under the Competition Act. In fact, Byron Steczco, 28, was charged.
