Proposed Business Conduct

In , a company that distributes and sells office supplies requested from the Competition Bureau a written opinion on whether the representations made by the company for telemarketing purposes met the requirements of section 52.1 of the Competition Act.

The Competition Bureau declined to issue an opinion because the company already seemed to be making the proposed representations; therefore, the representations were no longer considered to be "proposed conduct."
