Competition Bureau Publishes Policy Relating to Hostile Transactions
Ottawa, — The Competition Bureau announced today the publication of its policy on information sharing in the context of a hostile transaction.
The policy describes the Bureau's general approach to communicating information to a bidder and target during the course of the Bureau's review. The full text of the policy is available on the Bureau's Web site.
