Textile Labelling: Stretch Pants

Example:

These pants are made of cotton with spandex (elastic yarn) throughout. The spandex makes up less than 5% of the weight of the pant fabric. The brand of spandex is Lycra. This article requires a permanent label.
Any of these fibre content declarations would be acceptable:
Note: The fibre content information must generally be bilingual.

4% Spandex		 All cotton
exclusive of elastic
