Rapport annuel 1994/95 - La modification de la Loi sur la concurrence

Last April, we began a public consultation process as an important part of our work on amending the Competition Act. A discussion paper on the proposed amendments was issued in June 1995, inviting wide participation and comment from stakeholder groups. This is an important initiative. Accordingly, we have established a small Amendments Unit within the Bureau which is gathering and distilling public input in this area.
